A Pair of Service Wrench for Impact Tip Replacement

The ball needs to be replaced if it has been worn off. Replace the ball in the following steps as shown in the pictures:

1. Mark a line with pencil on nut and body indicating the position of nut.

2. Unscrew the nut with the special wrench provided. The large end of wrench is for G impact device and the small end is for D, DC, D+15 and C. Remove the worn ball.

3. Hold the body upright. Put the new ball on the platform of body. The ball has a small flat surface and this surface should be in full contact with the platform of body.

4. Screw the nut back to the body tightly by hand.

5. Tighten the nut with the special wrench until the nut comes back to the marked position or passes over the marked position slightly.

IMPORTANT: the flat surface of ball must be kept in full contact with the platform of body in step 4 and 5.
